Whether you have ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD, living in a neurotypical world is an immense, daily exhaustion. It’s the constant effort of masking, managing sensory overwhelm, and navigating a society that prioritises linear processing over your unique, brilliance. This persistent mismatch often breeds deep-seated shame; the belief that you are failing when, in reality, you are simply lacking the right environment and support.
My focus is on supporting you to deeply understand your specific neurotype and the unique friction it can create. I’m not about "fixing" your brain; but supporting you to understand and honour it. Together, we move beyond the struggle of "trying to fit-in" and toward building a life that is sustainable, authentic, and designed for your specific brain.

Being AuDHD isn’t just "ADHD plus Autism!" but a unique internal friction. It’s the constant tug-of-war between the ADHD need for novelty and the Autism need for routine; the drive for high-speed output and the reality of sensory overwhelm.
This paradox often creates significant friction in how you process information, manage your energy, and navigate relationships. Because these two neurotypes can mask or conflict with one another, generic strategies often fall short.
Every neurodivergent brain is different, and your specific blend of challenges and strengths is entirely unique. My coaching moves away from "one-size-fits-all" hacks and focuses on your specific internal blueprint.
